TLSHS Faridabad has started its 1st academic session of Bachelor in Hotel Management (BHM) in session 2013 - 2014 with intake of 20 students having aim of imparting fully interactive training embedded with teaching philosophy of William Butler Yeats – “Education is not the filling of a pail, but the lighting of a fire”.
The trainees - ‘budding managers’ are imparted knowledge and skills focussing on the operation of various cogs of luxury hotel - The Lalit New Delhi by arranging familiarization trips, hands on training & lectures on professional skills i.e. Customers, Competition, Manpower, Finance and Management; beside dissemination of knowledge & skill on university curriculum; thereby, enabling them to acquire professional acumen.
Alongside, body fitness programs are arranged at the campus enabling the budding managers could develop habit of cardiac strengthening & body stretching exercises as an integral activity of daily chores so as they could have healthy body possessing versatile mind and strong heart.
